We may share limited information with service providers that help us run EasyCaptions, such as hosting, storage, analytics, logging, email delivery, and payment processing partners.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Transcription and translation requests may be processed by third-party AI providers depending on the feature you use.

You can update certain account details in the app and may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where required by law.

You can also contact us if you want help removing uploaded media or other project data that is still stored in your account.
